About Julio Bardini
Julio is a features writer with nearly a decade of experience writing for the Brazilian pop culture website Cinema Com Rapadura before joining Collider. He studied History and International Relations at university but fell in love with pop culture growing up in the 1990s. Now he loves to analyze and dissect his favorite movies and TV series and also to learn how they are made, which includes looking into directing, writing, acting, VFX, and so on. He's also always mentioning Brazilian and Latin American movies and TV series that wouldn't otherwise be on international audiences' radars. At Cinema Com Rapadura, he started as a news writer and became part of the editing team a year later, where he remains to this day, covering events like the Comic-Con Experience (CCXP) in Brazil and doing interviews. So far, he has conducted interviews with talent such as Karl Urban, Antony Starr, Jensen Ackles, Jack Quaid, Karen Fukuhara, Claudia Doumit, and Nathan Mitchell for The Boys Season 3, filmmakers like Eric Kripke for The Boys Season 3, Joel Crawford and Mark Swift for Puss In Boots 2, and Eva Longoria for Flamin' Hot
